Sam at Piolo, di nakakibo sa sorry ni Lolit
“My mom is on the same age, 61, I don’t wanna see her in jail. So I’m really happy and thankful na umabot tayo sa pag-aayos,” said Piolo Pascual after the special hearing held yesterday at the Manila Regional Trial Court. He and Sam Milby dropped the libel case they had filed against Lolit Solis.
FINALLY, nagkaayos na rin sina Manay Lolit Solis at sina Piolo Pascual at Sam Milby, pagkatapos mag-retract si Manay Lolit ng kuwento niyang nakita sa isang coffee shop sa Sofitel ang dalawang aktor na nagbubulungan.
Isinumite kagabi ang retraction sa sala ni Judge Jose Mendoza ng Branch 55 ng Manila-RTC.
Kasunod noon ay nag-file na rin sina Piolo at Sam ng Joint Affidavit of Desistance na ang ibig sabihin ay inuurong na nila ang kasong Libel na isinampa laban kina Manay Lolit at Veronica Samio.
Pagdating ni Manay Lolit sa korte ay naabutan na niya roon sina Piolo at Sam, at kaagad naman siyang humingi ng sorry sa dalawa. Hindi agad sila nakakibo, pero si Mr. Johnny Manahan na ang humarap kay Manay Lolit.
Sandali lang ang ginawang pag-aayos sa harap ni Judge Mendoza, at doon ay nagkabati na silang lahat.
Parang nabunutan na raw ng tinik sina Piolo at Sam dahil ayaw naman daw nila ng ganitong gulo.

Ms. Lolit Solis finally agreed to give a retraction. “There’s no factual basis for my article, which came out on October 15, 2007. I am extremely sorry for dragging the names of Sam and Piolo. Sam, Piolo, I am sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I caused.”
From the beginning, all that ABS-CBN Star Magic artists Piolo Pascual and Sam Milby wanted was for Ms. Solis to retract her story as well as apologize. It can be recalled that Piolo and Sam wanted to settle this libel case as early as the season of Christmas, but Ms. Solis has shown no real contrition and has not retracted her statement. What she has said is that she wants to “make areglo” by apologizing. With no retraction forthcoming, there can be no settling of this case. Now that she has finally done so, Piolo and Sam withdrew the case against her.
ABS-CBN Star Magic is very happy that the truth has finally come out. “THE WORKSHOP HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BARON’S BEHAVIOR AT HINDI MANIAC ANG ROLE NIYA!” — DIREK LAURICE GUILLEN
NAHAHARAP NA NAMAN si Baron Geisler sa isang malaking eskandalo matapos mag-file ng kasong Acts of Lasciviousness laban sa kanya si Patricia Martinez, ang 21-year old daughter nina William Martinez at Yayo Aguila. Last April 28, William accompanied Patricia to the Women and Children’s Desk Office at Camp Crame to file the formal complaint. Si Yayo ay nasa Amerika pa rin hanggang sa kasalukuyan.
Ayon sa balita, nagkita raw sa isang bar sa Makati City sina Patricia and Baron noong April 26. “Nag-group message ako sa mga tao. I admit tinext ko po si Kuya Baron,” Patricia said. “I texted him na wala iyong parents ko dito kasi baka he was expecting my parents to be there kasi sila iyong friends.”
Patricia said Baron was drunk. Bigla raw siya nitong niyakap and asked if she had a boyfriend. She said yes, pero sinabi ni Baron na mag-sex silang dalawa. “Tapos sabi niya sa akin sorry. Hinawakan niya ako sa mukha then he touched my boobs. I really asked myself, ‘Do I look cheap?’” said Patricia. She could not believe that Baron could violate her, after all her mother treated him as a family friend after their stint in Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition 2.
The actor defended himself against Patricia’s allegations. He said, “Nag-mingle ako ng konti with some friends siguro dahil doon parang nabastos ko siya. ‘I’m sorry I have to go na.’ Hinug ko po siya and then she pushed me. Sabi ko ‘Sorry, sorry, anong ginawa ko?’” According to Baron, mukhang hindi naintindihan ni Patricia ang kanyang ikinilos that time. “Galing ako sa workshop. Ang role ko doon ay manyak. ‘Pag may bago akong role ina-act out ko. Baka noong i-act out ko she took it the wrong way.”
I spoke to Direk Laurice Guillen, who gave her workshop to the cast of a teleserye which Baron is part of. The workshop has nothing to do with Baron’s behavior. The workshop should not be blamed according to Laurice. At hindi raw maniac ang role ni Baron sa nasabing proyekto.
Normal kay William na magalit dahil sa kinasapitan ng kanyang anak. Ni sa hinagap ay hindi niya naisip na mangyayari ang ganitong bagay. He said being drunk is not an excuse to act irresponsibly. Hindi rin dapat gawing dahilan ang pagiging lasing para tumakas sa anumang masamang nagawa sa iyong kapwa. “He should be taught a lesson. Gagawin niya iyan sa lahat ng babae,’ sabi ni William.
Patricia stood her ground. “Itutuloy ko ito kahit na anong mangyari. I have a witness. I don’t want anybody else to suffer. If you want respect you should also learn to respect others. I gave him that respect but he didn’t give it back to me so why give it back to him, ‘di ba? Hindi po ako aatras kahit anong sabihin niya.”
Sinabi ni Baron na may lawyer na siya. Hindi raw siya natatakot sa kaso na isinampa against him. Mas takot siya sa tingin ng mga tao at sa trust na ipinagkatiwala sa kanya ni William. Daig pa raw niya ngayon ang nasunugan at nawalan ng pamilya.

Jobert to Mommy Rose: Liars go to hell
Radio host and entertainment columnist Jobert Sucaldito stands firm on his claim that “Mommy” Rose Flaminiano, the manager of actor Gabby Concepcion, reneged on a P2.5 million deal for the actor to endorse metathione, a skin-whitening product.
Sucaldito explained that while the agreement was only verbal and lacked a formal contract, the deal is legally binding as long as there is someone who witnessed the agreement. He said that he has witnesses willing to testify in court in support of his claim.
As for Flaminiano’s claim that she entered into no such agreement with Sucaldito, the latter could only say, “Liars go to hell.”
“Mrs. Rosita Flaminiano knows that I’m telling the truth she knows, that Gabby knows that. So the case is in court magkita na lang kami sa court doon na lang kami magpaliwanag hindi yung dini-dispute nila yung usapin on their own merits,” Sucaldito added.
Sucaldito said that what rankles him is that Flaminiano signed an endorsement contract for a competing product for P5 million despite their earlier verbal agreement.
Sucaldito said understands why Gabby’s camp would choose the P5 million deal and not his P2.5 million offer but he said they should have done so without violating his rights.
“But paano ba na-arrive ang P5 millionn na yon? Ano ba ang nasagasaan mo? Ako I don’t mind if you accept the P5 million. Magpasintabi lang kayo, magpasintabi lang kayo. Bumisina kayo because you have already closed a verbal agreement with me, everything was completed,” he said.
Sucaldito said the had already scheduled a contract signing last April 24 supposedly at Annabel’s Restaurant in Thomas Morato. He also said that Flaminiano agreed to the contract price of P2.5 million, plus a bonus of two 56-inch plasma televisions to be given to Gabby’s camp.
“Yung sizes nilambing nila because mayroon talagang bonus na dalawang plasma. [Sila ang] nagsabi na baka pwedeng 56 inches. Hindi ba? Doon pa lang it’s very clear that there was a negotiation. And I have witnesses.
“Binabaligtad lang nila in fact may sinasabi siya ngayon na dalawa kasing kaming pinagpipilian, wala siyang sinasabing ganyan dati… all the while I thought kami lang ang magkausap. Tapos nagulat na lang ako, sinabi na may ganoong negotiation, nakapirma na, that’s not really fair.” he said.
Settlement
Sucaldito also denied Flaminiano’s claim that he knew about the rival offer from another company. He said that the supposed text message he sent her, asking for a meeting about the rival offer, was fabricated by her.
“Hindi ko gawa yon. Siya lang ang gumagawa noon. What kind of person is she? If she can do that to me, she can do that to everyone. Lalaban ako kahit sa huling sandali ng buhay ko ay lalaban ako,” he said.
The radio host said that he is open for reconciliation provided that Concepcion’s camp will meet his demands.
“I’m very open for settlement provided that the demand should come from me. Hindi yung pinapalabas nila na dapat depende at their mercy, no! The demand should come from me, I’m really sorry to say that,” he said.
“Unang una i-acknowledge nila na they wronged me. Masakit ‘yon, it’s hard pero ang taong malinis ang konsensiya ay hindi niya ipagkakait ito sa taong nasaktan niya. Pangalawa, they should apologize to me sincerely. You don’t even have to go to press kahit kami we can even talk privately and apologize to me tao ako hindi ako hayop.
“Pangatlo they have to pay the actual damages that I’ve spent. Sabi nila isang platitong mani at P1 pero P10 million ang pinayl nila sa akin sa Tarlac, ako P1 lang sure yan,” he said.
Flaminiano’s side
On Thursday, Flamiano told ABS-CBN News her version of what happened between her and Sucaldito.
“Hindi, actually ganito yan ang tunay na pangyayari. Dalawa ang ang-offer sa akin yung kanyang produkto at Lucida glutathione. Yung produkto niya na 2.5 million bale P5 million naman sa kabila.
“Iyang P2.5 million na yan, ang nagpi-fix niyan ay si Jobert Sucaldito. Lagi niyang tinatawagan si Gabby, ‘yung father ni Gabby para lang makuha na siya ang mag-endorse sa ganoong halaga. Siyempre, mayroon sa kabilang panig naman na nag-aalok ng mas malaki sa kanyang P2.5 million
“Ang sinasabi ko sa kanya hindi mo ba pwedeng taasan yan para sa iyo ikaw ang makakuha? Ang sagot niya sa akin mahirap lang ang may-air ng produkto niya kaya hindi kayang taasan.
“Noong dumating na serious na talaga itong kabila, dala-dala niya yung product, dumating dito ng 9 in the morning, dala yung nakalagay, lahat kung paano ilalagay billboards, kumpleto so nagulat ako. So okey pala ito gusto niya talaga si Gabby at maayos naman ang kanyang kontrata.
“So ang ginawa ko pinirmahan ko noong morning na ‘yon kasi yung kay Jobert ni hindi ko nakikita yung kanyang advertisor. Siya lang ang nakikipag-usap. Wala siyang authority na irepresent yung kanyang advertisor. Wala lahat, as in wala,” Flamiano told ABS-CBN’s morning show “Umagang Kay Ganda.
Concepcion’s manager also answered Sucaldito’s words that she is greedy for money: she said that it was simply a business decision.
“Doon ako nagagalit. Paanong mukhang pera, kahit naman kanino mo ipagtanong yung P2.5 [million] ang laking diperensya sa P5 million. Yung sinasabing walang word of honor, hindi totoo ‘yon. Wala naman akong binitiwan sa kanya. Yung contract signing na kami, sinabi niya contract signing tayo ng 24, that’s Huwebes. Pwede bang mag-contract signing nang hindi ko nakikita ang kanyang advertiser. Wala ako ng produkto niya,” Flamiano said.
Flaminiano said that since Sucaldito started the legal proceedings by filing a case against her and Concepcion, all she has to do now is to wait for the court’s judgement.
She said that a reconciliation with Sucaldito is unlikely.

Rumors sparked in the past during the couple’s separation that Lotlot’s liasons with another man was the reason behing the marriage falling apart. It was also said that the rumor’s source was Pilita. “I was expecting (that) since I was married to Monching for 13 years, kilala niya (Pilita) ko bilang tao. At para marinig ko from her na sabihin niya na nanlalaki ako… na gusto kong mag-asawa ng mayaman, masakit para sa akin ‘yon,” said Lotlot while fighting back the tears.
She quickly added that she understands Pilita as a mother and that she is just protecting the interest of her son Monching. And Lotlot admits that she has moved on. “Because of the love she gives my children, okay lang sa akin yon. Ok lang ako. Kaya ko naman eh.” The actress also said that her kids are handling the situation well and she and Monching have remained friends.

RR Enriquez is also a finalist of the Search for the Next White Castle Girl, which also caused an internet viral video when a contestant was kicked by a horse while doing a shoot for the show. Anyway, back to the scandalous topic, RR Enriquez nude calendar pictures have now leaked onto the net. RR Enriquez is shown in almost all of those without her top on..apparently, it all came from nude calendars. As in calendars, kasi iba ibang calendars. So RR Enriquez may have been doing this for a living. 
That’s sad, since this RR Enriquez controversy could spell her removal from Wowowee. RR Enriquez is doing a good job of playing the dumb girl in that Wowowee segment. And the big question would be, if she posed this ‘boldly’ will Wowowee Willy Revillame not partake of the food on the banquet?! It would be impossible if Willie just learned of this just now..

Fred Payawan scandalous video
Fred Payawan was the resident hunk of the very first Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition. The son of a military officer, Fred Payawan had a good physique, nice abs actually, and charm, Fred was admired by the viewers especially girls of his age. After the reality search, Fred upheld the value of education. He graduated high school in Colegio San Agustin then took up Business Management in De La Salle University. Baron Geisler defends self against sexual harassment accusation
Embattled young actor Baron Geisler defended himself against the accusation hurdled against him by the daughter of actors William Martinez and Yayo Aguila.
According to the complaint filed by Patricia Martinez, 21, at the Women and Children’s Desk office at Camp Crame in Quezon City, a drunk Baron allegedly invited her to have sex with him during a night out with some friends in a bar in Makati City last Friday, April 25. Baron, as narrated by Patricia, then embraced and proceeded to touch her breasts.
“Bilangin ko daw ang pera niya. He asked me kung may boyfriend na ako, sabi ko oo. Inulit nya ang tanong, sinagot ko uli, ‘tapos sabi niya ‘mag-sex tayo.’ Niyakap niya ako nang mahigpit, ginamit ko na lang panangga ulo ko, tapos hinawakan niya face ko, tapos breast ko,” Patricia told ABS-CBN News.
SIMPLY “ACTING OUT.” Baron graced DZMM’s Showbiz Mismo earlier today, April 28, to narrate his side of the story.
Baron never denied that he was indeed invited by Patricia to hang out with her friends at a bar in Makati City.
“Bale noong araw na ‘yon, galing akong workshop for a new soap, then later on may nag-text sa akin. Nasa Makati ako that time hinatid ko ang friend ko. May nag-text sa akin, ‘Kuya Ba, where are you?’ Sabi ko, ‘Who is this?’ Sabi niya, ‘This is Pat anak ni mommy Yayo.’ And then sabi niya ‘Punta ka dito wala si Mama ganito,’” narrated the controversial young actor.
Baron said he felt a bit awkward at first because he hardly knew some of Patricia’s friends. After downing two bottles of beer, Baron eventually loosened up and was even happy to see some of his friends like Paolo Paraiso inside the bar.
“Then noong naka-tatlong beer na ako, wala akong money so nag-withdraw ako ng pera sa ATM ‘tapos bumalik ako doon to pay. Tapos nandoon na siya [Patricia] sa likod ko, then niyakap ko siya tapos tinulak niya ako. Sabi ko ‘Sorry I have to go na,’ parang ganoon tapos niyakap ko ulit. So I think dahil doon, parang yun, nabastos siya. Pero walang katotohanan yung sa paghawak ko sa boobs,” he contested Patricia’s claim.
As for Patricia’s accusation that he casually invited her to have sex with him, Baron claimed that he was simply “acting out” and trying out a new role he’s about to portray.
“No, no, that’s not true,” Baron said. “Ako mahilig ako na kapag may bago akong role like bading, ginagawa ko to my friends and asking for their approval. Ito bagong role ko na manyak. Siguro she took it a wrong way. Di ba, parang kapamilya? So akala ko ay maiintindihan niya na naglalaro ako as a character. E, galing ako sa workshop, so yun lang.”
RESPECT FOR BOTH WILLIAM AND YAYO. In a separate interview, William Martinez alleged that Baron also disrespected his wife during their stint in ABS-CBN’s reality show Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition.
Baron scoffed at the former matinee idol’s accusation, saying, “Wala po. Kasi si Yayo parang second mom ko na ‘yan, sobra. Ako, naturally, malambing akong tao. Kung nabigyan niya ng malisya o kahit yung anak niya si Pat, kung nabigyan ang aking malisya na nagba-bye-bye po ako, hindi ko na alam kung ano ang gagawin ko. Hindi ko din alam kung saan nanggaling ang anger ni Tito William.”
Addressing his accuser’s parents, Baron politely called out: “To Sir William and Ma’am Yayo, hindi pa din magbabago ang tingin ko sa inyo. Mataas pa din ang tingin ko sa inyo, kapamilya ko pa din kayo. Pero kung ganoon ang tingin niyo sa akin, yun nga ang kinakatakot ko yung ganoon ang tingin sa akin. Pero ako, alam ko at may mga kasama akong makakapagpapatunay na wala akong ginawang masama.”

William Martinez wants Baron Geisler’s harsh conduct to finally stop
Former matinee idol William Martinez had seen enough of young actor Baron Geisler’s alleged rude behavior.
“This has gone far enough, he should be taught a lesson,” fumed William to ABS-CBN News in an interview earlier today, April 28.
William accompanied his daughter Patricia Martinez to the Women and Children’s Desk office at Camp Crame in Quezon City. Patricia, 21, filed a formal complaint against Baron whom she accused of sexually harassing her during a night out with friends last Friday, April 25. The incident reportedly took place at a bar somewhere in Makati City.
Obliging to be interviewed by GMA-7 News, Patricia recounted, “Sinabi sa ‘kin ‘May boyfriend ka?’ Sabi ko, ‘Meron nga, meron nga,’ ‘tapos bigla niyang sinabi, ‘Sex tayo.’ After that bigla niyang binawi, sabi niya sa akin, ‘Sorry, sorry, sorry. Lasing ako.’”
Baron’s transgression, however, didn’t stop there. Patricia added that immediately after saying sorry, Baron went on to embrace and touch her face before moving his hands toward her breasts.
“Paglabas ko po ng door, doon na po ako nag-break down. Kasi I really felt violated with what he did to me, especially na pinagkatiwalaan ko siya na para ko siyang kuya,” Patricia lamented.
NOT THE FIRST TIME. William, for his part, argued that being drunk is certainly not an excuse to act irresponsibly and later on wash one’s hand to escape prosecution.
“Hindi puwede pagka lasing ka, mambabastos ka, ‘pag normal ka magsu-sorry ka,” shared William to GMA-7 News. “Hindi puwedeng again and again and again and again. Kawawa ang babae. He have [sic] to learn a lesson. Hindi puwedeng ganito, lagi na lang ganito.”
Curiously, William also shared that Baron disrespected his wife, Yayo Aguila, on two separate occasions. One of those instances allegedly took place during the course of Yayo and Baron’s stay in the celebrity edition of ABS-CBN’s reality hit show Pinoy Big Brother.
“Tatlong beses niyang ginawa ‘yan,” he told ABS-CBN. “Kay Yayo, nakita naman ‘yan sa TV. Nasundan pa sa labas ng bahay. Binastos niya pagkatao ko bilang ama, ‘tapos ng nanay, ngayon naman anak naman. Dapat tigilan na ‘yan, gagawin niya ‘yan sa lahat ng babae.”
Authorities, as of the moment, are still investigating the matter and preparing the necessary report to properly establish the complaint against Baron.
“Kasi pagka mga ganyang cases, ‘pag bago pa, medyo under state of trauma pa siya,” CIDG-WCCO Chief Supt. Sotera Macatangay told reporters, pertaining to Patricia’s current state. “But we’re going to file. It’s up for the investigator kung ano ‘yong findings ng investigator.”

Patricia filed the charges against Baron following an incident inside a club in Makati late Friday night. William accompanied his daughter in filing their formal complaint at the Women and Children’s Desk office at Camp Crame in Quezon City. The young lady tearfully recounted to ABS-CBN’s TW Patrol World how a very drunk Baron asked to have sex with her. She added that he embraced her and touched her breast.
Patricia admitted that she was with her friends at a bar, and that she was the one who texted Baron and invited him to join them. Baron later went to the bar with his friends.
“Bilangin ko daw ang pera niya, he asked me kung may boyfriend na ako, sabi ko oo, inulit nya ang tanong, sinagot ko uli, tapos sabi niya mag seks tayo. Niyakap niya ako ng mahigpit, ginamit ko na lang panangga ulo ko, tapos hinawakan niya face ko, tapos breast ko, I wanted to smack him right then and there.
“Tinatanong ko nga sarili ko ? Am I that cheap? Hindi na niya ako nirespeto bilang anak ng mommy ko. Sinira niya yung tiwala ng mommy ko sa kanya. Kung ibang tao yon, I would let it go siguro pero kilala ko siya”,” Patricia added.
William lamented Geisler’s act, citing the experience of her wife, Yayo, while she was still inside the PBB house. Geisler was caught on camera kissing Yayo on the lips.
“This has gone far enough, he should be taught a lesson… ang anak ko is not a showbiz personality. …tatlong beses niyang ginawa yan. Kay Yayo, nakita naman ‘yan sa TV. Nasundan pa sa labas ng bahay. Binastos niya pagkatao ko bilang ama, tapos ng nanay, ngayon naman anak naman. Dapat tigilan na yan, gagawin niya yan sa lahat ng babae… pinagpalit niya nga nanay niya sa sigarilyo, that shows what kind of person he is, di ba?” said William.
Patricia said that she is extremely disappointed with the actor whom she considered a family friend.
“I am not asking for sympathy but I don’t want to suffer anymore. I have to do this for my sake, for my sisters and all the others who are in the same situation. kahit ano’ng sabihin niya, itututloy ko ‘to,” Patricia said.
William added that he will also seek a travel ban against Baron, who is an American citizen.
Baron’s denial
In DZMM’s Showbiz Mismo interview this afternoon April 28, Baron Geisler denied the allegations of sexual harrassment.

Geisler said he went to the bar and found Patricia with a group of friends. They were already drinking.
“So later on nag-isang beer ako tapos nag-order pa ako ng isa, so nahiya ako. Pero later on naki-mingle na ako kasi may mga friends ako doon like sila Paulo Paraiso. So nakikipag-kwentuhan muna ako… so later on umalis na ako.
“Then noong naka-tatlong beer na ako, wala akong money so nag-withdraw ako ng pera sa ATM tapos bumalik ako doon to pay. Tapos nandoon na siya sa likod ko, then niyakap ko siya tapos tinulak niya ako. Sabi ko ’sorry I have to go na,’ parang ganoon tapos niyakap ko ulit. So I think dahil doon parang yun nabastos siya, pero walang katotohanan yung sa paghawak ko sa boobs,” he explained.
Geisler added that he would never do such things against Patricia since he considers her a little sister.
Geisler denied that he asked for sex. He explained that he was simply “acting out” his character for his new film, where he plays a sexual predator. He said that he was simply acting out his character for Patricia, in order to get feedback.
“No, no that’s not true. Ako mahilig ako na kapag may bago akong role like bading, ginagawa ko to my friends and asking for their approval. Ito bagong role ko na manyak siguro she took it a wrong way. Di ba parang kapamilya, so akala ko ay maiintindihan niya na naglalaro ako as a character. Eh galing ako sa workshop so yun lang.” he explained.
After that, the next day tinawagan ko ang mga friends ko dahil nabalitaan ko na minolestiya ko daw siya. So tinawagan ko ang mga friends ko sabi ko ‘Pau may ginawa ba ako kagabi’ sabi niya ‘wala kasi ang aga mong umalis sa club.’
Geisler also denied that he kissed Yayo Aguila while they’re still in PBB house.
“Wala po. Kasi si Yayo parang second mom ko na ‘yan sobra. Ako naturally malambing akong tao. Kung nabigyan niya ng malisya o kahit yung anak niya si Pat, kung nabigyan ang aking malisya na nagbabye-bye po ako, hindi ko na alam kung ano ang gagawin ko. Hindi ko din alam kung saan nanggaling ang anger ni Tito William.
The actor said he is willing to talk to Martinez face-to-face to settle and clear the issue.
“Kasi siyempre wala siya sa pangyayari na yon. Makikinig siya doon sa anak niya. Yayo is in the States. I was trying to get in touch with her pero hindi ko ma-contact.” Baron said.
Baron also had this message to Willam and Yayo. “To sir william and mam Yayo, hindi pa din magbabago ang tingin ko sa inyo. Mataas pa di nang tingin ko sa inyo, kapamilya ko pa din kayo. Pero kung ganoon ang tingin niyo sa akin, yun nga ang kinakatakot ko yung ganoon ang tingin sa akin. Pero ako alam ko at may mga kasama akong makakapagpapatunay na wala akong ginawang masama.”
Baron stands firm in saying that he is ready to face Patricia with her family. He also said that he’s ready to face the charges in court, if the matter is not settled between him and the Martinez family.

Former beauty queen Carlene Aguilar admitted on “The Buzz” on Sunday that she used to fight with other women just to keep her then boyfriend, actor Dennis Trillo.

“I have some offers but I wanna to do what I wanna do first. And I don’t want to leave with my self with stuff like I have to be there… I wanna do stuff that… for my self with my friends over here,” paliwanag niya.
Aminado si Ronian at ang kanyang mga kasosyo sa negosyo na nakatulong nang malaki sa tattoo art ang numero unong telefantasya ng GMA 7 na Joaquin Burdado na pinagbibidahan ni Robin Padilla.
At dahil sa pagkahilig sa art na ito, mismong si Ronian ay puro tattoo tungkol sa pagiging Filipino – at siyempre larawan ng kanyang ama at ina na si Ana Mari.
“I want to put something that means to me, so why not your mother and father. And of course the Philippines mean something to me so I got Philippines down here,” paglalahad ni Ronian.
Kung katulad kaya sa telefantasya na nabubuhay ang tattoo ni Joaquin Burdado, ano kaya sa mga tattoo ni Ronian ang pipiliin nya na mabuhay?

Cristy, masamang-masama ang loob sa “the buzz”
PAHULAAN pa rin kung nag-resign na si Cristy Fermin bilang co-host ng The Buzz dahil sa hindi niya pagsipot sa nabanggit na show noong Linggo.
Hindi pa mapapanood si Cristy sa The Buzz sa susunod na Linggo dahil ngayon ang alis niya patungo sa Canada para sa show nina Vina Morales at Vhong Navarro. Si Maribel Aunor ang producer.
To our knowledge, masamang-masama ang loob ni Cristy sa nangyari sa The Buzz, two weeks ago, nang magsalita si Annabelle Rama tungkol sa libel case na isinampa nito laban sa kanya.
Iniutos ng korte na bayaran ni Cristy ng isang milyong piso si Annabelle.
Iniyakan ni Cristy ang interview kay Annabelle dahil nabastos siya sa sariling show.
Ang staff ng The Buzz at hindi si Annabelle ang sinisisi sa nangyari dahil alam nila na prangka ang huli pero hindi binigyan ng staff ng proteksyon ang kanilang sariling host.

 Actor Cesar Montano finally confirms that he and wife Sunshine Cruz have patched up their difference and are back together again. It can be recalled that Cesar supposedly had an affair with Mariana del Rio, a 16-year-old model late last year that triggered a big rift between him and Sunshine. Their marriage fell apart for a time, but Cesar confirmed that he and wife have brought the pieces together, without giving too much detail. “Ok na ok kami ni Sunshine. Annabelle denies transfer
FOR sometime now, there have been talks that Richard Gutierrez is leaving GMA-7 to move to ABS-CBN. No less than his mom, Annabelle Rama, clarified that this is not true.
Richard’s contract with GMA-7 is expiring in May and they will renew it after they have settled a small problem in a meeting scheduled this week. Annabelle says the rumor that they got a high offer from ABS-CBN (one rumor even alleges that Richard is offered a P5 million down payment for a movie with KC) is just not true. She adds that they love and respect the entire Gozon family, major stockholders of GMA-7, so Richard won’t leave them.
About the Supreme Court’s affirmation of a lower court’s decision convicting Cristy Fermin of libel, Annabelle says she’s very happy about it even if it took 13 years of waiting. “She wrote then that my husband Eddie returned from the States dahil nakadispalko raw ng pera in the company where he used to work and that my daughter Ruffa was just an alalay of stars when she was working as TV host with Century Productions in the U.S. I’m glad it was proven hindi totoo ang mga ito.

Buzz about Richard Gutierrez’s transfer to ABS-CBN gets louder
Is it Richard Gutierrez’s turn to move to ABS-CBN?
Nang magsimula ang demandahan sa tatlong kumpanya—AGB Nielsen, GMA-7, and ABS-CBN—the Kapuso network gathered its biggest and brightest stars for an ID plug showing their support for their station as “Proud to be Kapuso.”
Ang unang ipinalabas ng GMA-7 ay ang kay Richard, the acknowledged king of GMA primetime.
GUARANTEED CONTRACT. He is reportedly the highest paid star of the Kapuso network and, more importantly, ang pinanghahawakan niya ay isang guaranteed contract. A guaranteed contract is the premium contract. It means he must have a regular show (a certain number of shows for some) at kung wala, babayaran pa rin siya ng istasyon of the amount he should get kung mayroon siya. Kapalit nito is Richard’s exclusivity na hindi siya puwedeng makita o mag-guest sa ABS-CBN.
Reportedly, any show of Richard na ipalalabas muli, babayaran din siya ulit ng network. Kung kaya’t kung sakaling magdesisyon ang GMA-7 na i-replay ang Mulawin, for example, may panibagong bayad daw na matatanggap si Richard.
It was already written several times that Richard is part of the creative group that will conceptualize his next primetime soap for GMA-7 after Kamandag ends. He is the first star to be able to be given that privilege sa GMA-7. Only the likes of Vilma Santos, Sharon Cuneta, and Dolphy ang may ganitong pribiliheyo sa ABS-CBN na makasama sila sa pagbuo pa lang ng concept of their shows.
Richard is also an exclusive star of GMA Films, the first to be signed up by the film arm of the Kapuso network. Sumunod na lang sa kanya sina Iza Calzado, Rhian Ramos, at Dingdong Dantes in that order.
But Richard’s guaranteed contract is expiring on May 26—some say 27 and other say 28—of this year. Now, we hear whispers at presscons and we read blind items in tabloids that Richard might move to ABS-CBN.
RICHARD AS A KAPAMILYA? Walang halos gustong magsalita sa kahit na sinong malapit kay Richard tungkol sa usap-usapang ito. Kung mayroon man, naniniguro muna sila na hindi sila maku-quote or mapapangalan.
“Palagi namang may ganyang balita kay Richard,” sagot ng isa sa mga nakausap ng PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal).
Pinasagot lang namin ng simpleng yes or no ang aming unang kausap kung may offer ba ang ABS-CBN kay Richard.
“Wala nang bago diyan, si Richard pa ba ang hindi oo-offer-an ng ABS?” sagot nito.
This time though, mas maraming slant and reasoning kung bakit lumalakas ang usapan.
Una, may tampuhan na naman daw sa pagitan ng kampo ni Richard at ng GMA-7. Ikalawa, nasa ABS-CBN ang mga pinakamahahalagang babae sa buhay ni Richard ngayon—si KC Concepcion, na balitang nililigawan niya; si Angel Locsin na original partner niya sa GMA-7; at pati na rin si Ruffa Gutierrez, ang kanyang ate.
“Ilang beses na bang may tampuhan ang GMA at si Richard? Hindi naman ito ang una,” sabi ng pangalawang source ng PEP.
Ang puno’t dulo ngayon sa sinasabing tampuhan ay ang hindi raw paglagay ng image ni Richard sa unang batch ng summer plug ng GMA-7. Balitang nag-cut short ng two days si Richard from his last U.S. trip—where he received a Visionary Award—just to make it to the summer plug.
Naayos na ito sa sumunod na plug. But as our second source explained, “The damage has been done.”
Another unwritten tampo was when Richard attended the birthday party of GMA-7 president Atty. Felipe Gozon. Bukod-tanging si Richard lang daw ang hindi ipinakita sa mga video na naglabasan about this party.
We asked back na napakasimpleng problema nito para ilipat agad si Richard sa ABS-CBN. Another source sent us a text message for another explanation: There is an offer “too good to refuse” and Richard’s mother and manager, Annabelle Rama, is seriously considering this.
LOT OF CHANGES. If ever, Richard’s move to ABS-CBN could spell a lot of changes, particularly sa Kapamilya network, home of several matinee idols from the superstars Piolo Pascual, John Lloyd Cruz, Sam Milby, Diether Ocampo, and Jericho Rosales to the upcoming ones like Jake Cuenca and Gerald Anderson. They will all have to give way to the king of GMA-7 primetime.
Ikalawa, KC will no longer be partnered to anyone but to Richard habang may side possibility pa ring mag-reunion ang dating magka-love team na sina Richard at Angel. Puwede nang matuloy ang Richard-KC movie solely produced by Star Cinema, unless hindi pa tapos ni Richard ang kanyang GMA Films contract which is all together separate from his expiring GMA network contract.
On the GMA-7 side naman, Richard’s departure, if ever, could be a gain to the other leading men of Kapuso network, ‘tulad nang nangyari noon sa pag-alis ni Angel at sa pag-angat ni Marian Rivera.
Richard’s possible move will also definitely affect the other wards of Ms. Rama, tulad nina JC de Vera na may guaranteed contract din and sisters Ehra and Michelle Madrigal who just recently signed up with GMA-7 but on a per show contract. This has happened sa mga alaga ni Becky Aguila noon nang inilipat niya si Angel sa ABS-CBN.
But then, at present, walang gustong ma-quote directly kung may ganito ngang scenario na nangyayari. Although another source is very firm sa sagot niya, “Hindi ililipat ni Annabelle si Richard sa ABS. Gagawa ng paraan ang GMA para hindi makawala sa kanila si Richard, just like what they did noon kay Regine Velasquez.”

Sunshine Cruz takes break without husband Cesar Montano
Actress Sunshine Cruz is leaving the country to take a short break and chill out in Macau without her husband actor Cesar Montano.
“I’m leaving today. I’m going to Macau with mom and my sister,” Cruz told abs-cbnNEWS.com in a phone interview.
Cruz added that she is taking a break simply to give herself time to relax and unwind, and that she will definitely be back next week.
“It’s just really a short vacation for me,” the actress said.
According to Cruz, she won’t bring her children to Macau with her.
“No. Hindi sila makakasama but they will be staying with their father, Cesar.”
After the storm
After the much-publicized rift between Cruz and Montano allegedly because of a teen Brazilian model, it seems that things have simmered down now between the celebrity couple.
“Cool ako ngayon, mas okay na ako ngayon pagkatapos ng nangyari,” she said.
But when Cruz was asked about her current relationship with her husband, she refrained from answering and simply said, “No comment muna ako diyan.”
Two weeks have passed since teen Brazilian model Mariana del Rio talked about her relationship with Montano in an interview. Del Rio had said that she is glad to hear reports that Cruz was not angry with her anymore.
But when Cruz was asked if she had heard Del Rio’s statement, and if it is indeed true that she is not angry anymore, Cruz refused to comment further.
Cruz also said through text message: “Ever since naman I never said that anybody caused whatever problems we have… whatever issue there is, kami lang ni Cesar ang makakaayos. Cesar has been linked to many women for the past eight years that we’ve been together but I never made any move because it was never the reason. I just want to keep it to myself and resolve whatever needs to be resolved as a family.”
Cruz was part of ABS-CBN’s television series “Palos.” Cruz has worked with her husband in this series, and might work with him again in the same show in the future.

 Baron Geisler and Dionne Monsanto first met two years ago during a taping of Maalaala Mo Kaya in Dionne’s hometown in Cebu. Baron was playing the lead role while she got cast as one of the supporting actors as a talent for ABS-CBN Cebu. “My first impression of him was that he was a very good actor. I recall that his acting skills were very good. I never really got to talk to him off screen. I didn’t have lines kasi so we never got the chance to talk,” she recalls.
They only got met again this year when Dionne got partnered with Baron’s older brother Donnie in a production number for ASAP and the taekwondo jin reintroduced them to each other. What started with group dates eventually led to just the two of them going out together. “I never really expected that he’d be very different from the image he showed when he was still in the PBB house. I thought Both self-confessed food lovers, the two admit that they enjoy eating at new places when they’re out on dates. “We enjoy talking lang and eating. We go out and try different restaurants, walk around. We love to walk. It’s more of talking and enjoying the company,” Baron admits. But one activity they haven’t done yet is watch a movie together. “For me kasi, watching movies is something very intimate for me kasi it’s in a dark place. We’re at the stage pa of getting to know each other more. Although I told him a lot of times na I’d want to stay single muna. I’m enjoying it, I’m loving it. He enjoys my company. It’s a two-way thing,” Dionne further explains.
The 20-year-old Lobo actress, although somewhat reserved with words, couldn’t help but admit show her feelings for the actor. “He’s very charming. He’s a real sweetheart. Kaya nga when I’m with him, I don’t feel like I’m with Baron Geisler, the guy on TV. I feel like I’m with someone else. What most people don’t know about him is that he gives his genuine care to people. There’s so much passion and compassion in him na even I did not expect kasi it surprised me. He’s very impulsive kasi, when he feels like doing something, he does it,” she concludes. |

It’s like I support him. Most of the people he goes out with, mga kasabayan niya. I don’t drink and I don’t smoke; I’m influencing him in a different way. I don’t tell him to stop; I only said he should minimize drinking and smoking because he tends to act different when he’s had too much. I’m not saying that I’m open to that possibility, I’m saying that I’m not closing my doors. I also promised my family na no boys for now. I told them naman na it’s nothing serious,. We go out, we have dinners. I mean, no relationships for now. Basta for this year muna, I want to go to school again and focus on my endeavors,” Dionne explains. Baron, on the other hand, more readily admits that he’s ready to take it to the next level. “I can only date one at a time. I can’t handle it. Ako naman, I get attached right away. I’m done with all that crap na, playing around. I don’t like playing around anymore.”

Mayor Lim to check if 1994 Filmfest scam case in Manila has been dropped
Inabutan ng PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) na nagdi-dinner si Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim sa formal grand opening ng bagong Ozeano Fusion restaurant sa Manila Ocean Park sa likod ng Quirino Grandstand sa Luneta kagabi, March 30.

Kinuha ng PEP ang pahayag ni Mayor Lim tungkol sa kaso ni Gabby.
“Ang pagkakaalam ko niyan, this has to be verified, ha… Kasi ang tagal na niyan. Ang alam ko, hindi siya kasama sa nademanda at tapos na naman ang kaso, e,” sabi ni Mayor Lim.
Ayon pa sa mayor ng Manila, na-drop na raw yung case sa ibang personalities na nadawit sa MMFF scam kaya na-drop na rin daw yung case ni Gabby.
“But not in my time ha,” paglilinaw ni Mayor Lim. “In my time, si Lolit Solis, nag-plead guilty at nabigyan siya ng sentensiya under the probation law. Aba’y nung time na ni [former Manila Mayor] Atienza, parang na-dismissed.”
Kaya sa pagkakaalam ni Mayor Lim, wala nang kinakaharap na kaso si Gabby ngayon.
“Ang alam ko wala, e. Dangan kasi nandun lang siya sa audience. Wala naman siyang participation sa stage. Ang nademanda ay yun lang nasa stage,” paliwanag ni Mayor Lim.
Matatandaan na nasangkot din sa kaso sina Ruffa Gutierrez at ang kapatid nitong si Rocky, ang Miss Universe contestant from Mauritius na si Viveca Babajee, ang co-artist ni Gabby sa bakuran noon ni Manay Lolit na si Nanette Medved, at si Gretchen Barretto.
Pero bago umalis si Gabby papuntang Amerika ay may pinasabog siya tungkol sa kanyang dating manager at tila nagsisi sa naging partisipasyon niya dahil sa pagpayag niya sa kagustuhan diumano ni Lolit.
“Kaya nga, because of the length of time, I’m not so sure. But I’m going to verify tomorrow. Kung gusto ninyo, mga one o’ clock we’ll check sa [Manila] City Hall. Para to be fair with them kasi baka may masabi ako na hindi tama. Kailangan accurate,” maingat na pahayag ni Mayor Lim.
